We have be coming here for years, since my parents bought a new van back in 2010. I don't think we ever had a major issue here with service. Sometimes it may take longer if it's busy or if they find something that takes a while to fix and/or have to order a part for, but that's all par for the course. While generally more expensive than a smaller non-dealer service centre, there is a lot of variable in quality, service and pricing with non-dealers. Whereas I would say with a dealer it averages out. Using both is advantageous if you find a good service center. In this case since we have been going there for so long, we've gotten to know some of the people there, including Ryan who has always been very receptive when we run into a problem. Overall a great place for service, as the van ages.

I went in to capital dodge not expecting to buy a truck but they had exactly what I was looking for in the used car side and Yahya was probably the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. He gave me a deal on my trade that was 8,000$ more than what I had been offered at other dealers. The price on the vehicle I purchased was great as well and it didn’t take 3 hours of my time, I told him what I wanted to pay and he made it work for me. He also followed up a few hours after collection and the following day to make sure everything was to my liking.

Our experience with Capital Dodge started out very positively. The initial reception was welcoming, and we were offered a generous and unhurried test drive, which we appreciated. A key point of our agreement was an extended warranty rebate, which we were told we would receive. However, when we received the fina documents, this rebate had been removed without any communication. It was only after we called to inquire that we were told it "couldn't be offered." After we complained about this bait-and-switch tactic, the price was finally adjusted, but the trust was already broken. After one year of ownership I have been impressed by the service department and modified the review.

This is aimed toward the service department. Every time that I have dealt with the staff at this location, I have been met with smiles and great customer service, especially from the technicians! Even though my vehicle was not a Stellantis product, they were able to give it great care. Service advisors there do a swell job and even gave me a free calendar just for asking nicely! I recommend going there for service and although I haven’t gotten the opportunity to do business with their sales department as of yet, I am sure they would happily sell me a vehicle for a fair price in the market!

We were looked after by sales rep. Travis McGonegal. Travis was knowledgeable, courteous and good to "deal" with. He helped us purchase the right vehicle for us. He was great to communicate with us via text message in the week before the vehicle was ready. When we went to pick up the vehicle he was very attentive and ensured everything was to our liking. I would recommend asking for Travis by name when you visit the dealership.

I was able to get an appointment within a week of calling mid-November which is unheard of with the big box places I usually go to for seasonal tire change. Had a last minute safety inspection to get done, and Kira had me all booked in, promising next day that it'd be done. Jake, one of their mechanics did a great job exceeding expectations as he got right on it and completed it that day. Considering i had dropped it off at 1pm, I was super impressed. ***Edit **** Fall 2025: They provided us a great service for winter tires and fixing the windshield (fast and not too expensive) and had a great communication. When we told them we were pleasantly surprised, they answered that they do not want another bad review and a complaint to the manager. I guess there are actual competent people working there. Winter 2025: The person who was in charge of the licence plate « forgot » to cancel the plate of the car we traded, and 1 year later we were billed more than 300$ (for 2025-2026) for a car we don’t have anymore. None of the staff can help us, they made very little effort to fix the situation. After 2 months trying to reach the owner (we had to contact Jeep Canada), he said he sent us a check in the mail at the beginning of May. We had to wait another few months and call the manager to have him send another check that we actually got. We still love our Jeep but are very disappointed with the poor service (seller Yuxin does not work there anymore, great loss for them). Spring 2024: I absolutely recommend Yuxin as car seller. He goes above and beyond for customers and is always available, even by text messages. He went to the opposite of any car seller bad stereotypes you may have. Even after we bought our Jeep. Great service.

I have to give a shoutout to Bassam Nasr! He made my truck buying experience awesome!! I test drove a truck a couple weeks before a trip and it was the first truck I drove. He was very knowable as this truck was fully loaded. He took time to show me every detail. He was friendly funny and very personable! I went back two weeks later and was so happy he greeted me at the door. He remembered me. I was determined to give him The sale! 4 stars was because unfortunately the person who does the Payments was not so personable! I felt rushed and another. Maybe a smile would have been nice. I’m so happy with the truck! And if your in the market ask for Bassam! You will not be disappointed.
