We have be coming here for years, since my parents bought a new van back in 2010. I don't think we ever had a major issue here with service. Sometimes it may take longer if it's busy or if they find something that takes a while to fix and/or have to order a part for, but that's all par for the course. While generally more expensive than a smaller non-dealer service centre, there is a lot of variable in quality, service and pricing with non-dealers. Whereas I would say with a dealer it averages out. Using both is advantageous if you find a good service center. In this case since we have been going there for so long, we've gotten to know some of the people there, including Ryan who has always been very receptive when we run into a problem. Overall a great place for service, as the van ages.

I cannot recommend Anson highly enough，recently had an incredible experience at Capital Dodge From start to finish, Anson made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Absolutely night-and-day difference compared to other dealerships. This team is consistently helpful, always makes time, and stays on top of everything without you having to chase them down. What really stands out is how they treat you: they actually know you as a person, not just another file in the system. That level of care is rare and makes a huge difference. I went in to capital dodge not expecting to buy a truck but they had exactly what I was looking for in the used car side and Yahya was probably the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. He gave me a deal on my trade that was 8,000$ more than what I had been offered at other dealers. The price on the vehicle I purchased was great as well and it didn’t take 3 hours of my time, I told him what I wanted to pay and he made it work for me. He also followed up a few hours after collection and the following day to make sure everything was to my liking.

Our experience with Capital Dodge started out very positively. The initial reception was welcoming, and we were offered a generous and unhurried test drive, which we appreciated. A key point of our agreement was an extended warranty rebate, which we were told we would receive. However, when we received the fina documents, this rebate had been removed without any communication. It was only after we called to inquire that we were told it "couldn't be offered." After we complained about this bait-and-switch tactic, the price was finally adjusted, but the trust was already broken. After one year of ownership I have been impressed by the service department and modified the review.

Cory was legit the best guy to work with while buying a new car. He cares about the client, polite, and just an all round cool dude! If you need a new car ask for Cory and you won’t be disappointed!

I recently purchased a truck from Capital Dodge and had a great experience from start to finish. Yahya was my salesman, and he was professional, straightforward, and easy to deal with the whole time. He made the process smooth, answered all my questions, and didn’t make me feel pressured at any point. Overall, a 5-star experience, I’d definitely recommend asking for Yahya if you’re looking to buy a vehicle.

Recently bought a used truck from Basam at capital doge. I felt Sam went above and beyond to help us out with the process. Very friendly and helpful.

This is aimed toward the service department. Every time that I have dealt with the staff at this location, I have been met with smiles and great customer service, especially from the technicians! Even though my vehicle was not a Stellantis product, they were able to give it great care. Service advisors there do a swell job and even gave me a free calendar just for asking nicely! I recommend going there for service and although I haven’t gotten the opportunity to do business with their sales department as of yet, I am sure they would happily sell me a vehicle for a fair price in the market!

We were looked after by sales rep. Travis McGonegal. Travis was knowledgeable, courteous and good to "deal" with. He helped us purchase the right vehicle for us. He was great to communicate with us via text message in the week before the vehicle was ready. When we went to pick up the vehicle he was very attentive and ensured everything was to our liking. I would recommend asking for Travis by name when you visit the dealership.

Good customer service and I like the fact they have a car rental facility on site for when you're getting service done.

We were not too certain of the car we were looking for, so had to see and test drive a few. Ori, the salesperson we were dealing with, has never complained about our indecisiveness, and just kept supplying the cars for test drive while trying to facilitate the decision process the best he could. We have no complaints, it's been a pleasure working with Ori.
